Job Title: Business Manager
Job Duration: Temporary to Hire possible Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $53,952/year
Location: Crystal Lake, IL
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- Two years administrative experience.
- One year bookkeeping/accounting experience
- One year supervisory experience
- One year customer service experience
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Quickbooks, Excel and Word
- Direct the company’s finances, including cash management and investments, oversight of payroll and accounts payable.
- Management of company contracts, agreements and leases.
- Prepare financial reports.
- Oversee annual audit.
- Work with city finance department.
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure adequate interal control of company assets.
- Plan, direct and administer activities for the Business Office, including scheduling, file retention and inventory.
