Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator
Job Duration: Temporary to Hire
Pay Rate: $12-$15/hour
Hours: 8AM – 5PM
Location: Crystal Lake, IL
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in a customer service, retail sales, marketing or related occupation
- 1-2 years experience using each of the following: MS Outlook, Excel and Word
- Positive, professional and friendly attitude
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving mindset and skill set
- Demonstrated experience as a self-motivated member of a work team
- Experience using NetSuite, various shipping, or Salesforce Desk software is preferred
- Data alaysis, corrective action/preventive action experience
- Preserve and enhance customers’ satisfaction.
- Assisting customers via phone and email.
- Responsible for the timely resolution of customers’ issues by engaging other departments, researching orders, blocking and replacing cards and other actions.
- Using Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and other measurements of success.
- Individual coordinators are part of a team of people ensuring every customer issue is resolved quickly, discretely and with a positive, friendly attitude.
- Coordinators are expected to work together seamlessly to anticipate and adapt as required.
