Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

Job Duration: Temporary to Hire

Pay Rate: $12-$15/hour

Hours: 8AM – 5PM

Location: Crystal Lake, IL


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years experience in a customer service, retail sales, marketing or related occupation
  • 1-2 years experience using each of the following: MS Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Positive, professional and friendly attitude
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving mindset and skill set
  • Demonstrated experience as a self-motivated member of a work team
  • Experience using NetSuite, various shipping, or Salesforce Desk software is preferred
  • Data alaysis, corrective action/preventive action experience

Job Description: 

  • Preserve and enhance customers’ satisfaction.
  • Assisting customers via phone and email.
  • Responsible for the timely resolution of customers’ issues by engaging other departments, researching orders, blocking and replacing cards and other actions.
  • Using Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and other measurements of success.
  • Individual coordinators are part of a team of people ensuring every customer issue is resolved quickly, discretely and with a positive, friendly attitude.
  • Coordinators are expected to work together seamlessly to anticipate and adapt as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
