Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Job Duration: Temporary to Hire
Pay Rate: $15-$18/hour
Location: Crystal Lake, IL
- 1-2 years previous sales and/or customer service experience
- High school graduate or equivalent; college graduate preferred
- 1-2 years’s experience in MS Office Suite
- Desire to sell, talk to people, and collaborate as part of a sales team
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication
- Discretion and professional maturity
- Consult with prospective customers through oral and written communication in order to build relationships and classify the potential for valued partnership.
- Work with incoming prospects valued at $500,000 or less in annual sales to build a sales proposal, sell the company products, and ‘close the deal’ to convert the account to a paying customer.
- Evaluate incoming prospects and refer them to sales contacts based on size, customer name, and business vertical.
- Provide excellent customer service and support for new customers while in the onboarding process.
- Provide on-going account management support for converted inside sales clients.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, in particular, marketing, customer service, sales and account management, to ensure customer satisfaction while maximizing profit and minimizing unnecessary expenses or business risk.
- Work towards the assigned yearly sales goal derived from company annual sales goal.
- Assist with assigned customer service tickets when needed and perform work as assigned by the customer service supervisor.
