Requirements:

  • 2 years previous office management experience
  • Previous Customer Service Experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Description:

  • Answering and returning client phone calls
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Management of Executive’s calendars
  • Oversee receptionist
  • Order and stock all office supplies
  • Responsible for the cleanliness and professional appearance of the office
  • Other duties as assigned
