Job Position: Contracts Paralegal
Duration: Temporary (3-6 months)
Location: Remote
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Job Description:
- Terms and Conditions negotiations
- Drafting contracts, including adding provisions to meet legal requirements
- Negotiating contract terms with clients or attorneys on behalf of the company or organization
- Interpret provisions and align them to the Company stance
- Mitigate risk
- Draft language
- Structure contracts
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2 year Associate’s degree
- 3+ years of previous experience
- Analytical and written/verbal communication skills
- Strong research and writing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to proofread typed material for grammatical, typographical, spelling errors and legal citations
