Job Title: Customer Service Support II

Job Duration: Temporary to Hire

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Location: Crystal Lake, IL

Job Description:

  • Responsible for preserving and enhancing customers satisfaction
  • Assisting customers via phone and email
  • Responsible for the timely resolution of customers’ issues by engaging other departments, researching orders, blocking, and replacing cards and other actions
  • Using Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and other measurements of success
  • Individual support personnel are part of a team or people ensuring every customer issue is resolved quickly, discretely and with a positive, friendly attitude
  • Other duties as requested

Requirements:

  • Positive, professional, and friendly attitude
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving mindset and skill set
  • Demonstrated experience as a self-motivated member of a work team
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years experience using each of the following: MS Outlook, Excel, Word
  • 1-2 years experience in a customer service, retail sales, marketing, or related occupation
