Job Title: Customer Service Support II

Job Duration: Temporary to Hire

Pay Rate: $18.50/hour

Hours: 8:45am – 5:15pm

Location: Crystal Lake, IL

Job Description: 

  • Responsible for preserving and enhancing customers’ satisfaction
  • Assisting with customers via phone and email
  • Timely resolution of customers’ issues ben engaging other departments, researching orders, blocking, and replacing cards and other actions
  • Using Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and other measurements of success, individual support personnel are part of a team of people ensuring every customer issue is resolved quickly, discretely and with a positive, friendly attitude
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience in a customer service, retail sales, marketing, or related occupation
  • 1-2 years experience using each of the following: MS Outlook, Excel, Word
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience as a self-motivated member or a work team
  • Demonstrated problem-solving mindset and skill set
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive, professional, and friendly attitude
  • Experience using NetSuite, various shipping, or Salesforce Service Cloud software preferred
  • Data analysis, corrective action/preventive action experience preferred
