Job Title: Inspector

Job Duration: Temporary to Hire

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday-Friday

Location: Huntley, IL

Job Description: 

• Follows supervisor/leader’s orders, instructions, and company processes
• Monitors all the production process and collects necessary dimensional data
• Reviews, understands, and follows the control plan. Communicates the specific requirements of each job to assemblers and inspectors
• Inspects each job daily. Quarantines all non-conforming products/RMA as per inspection control plan
• Visually inspects and reviews statistical data obtained on all raw materials
• Provides and collects statistical data as requested
• Repairs product as needed
• Performs other work duties or functions as assigned

Qualifications: 

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have experience using tools such as micrometers, calipers and gauges
• Must be able to read blueprints/drawings
• Must be able to pass a math test
• Must have previous machining/manufacturing experience.
