Job Title: Part-Time Packer/Inspector

Job Duration: On-going temporary

Pay Rate: $11+ BOE

Location: Huntley, IL

Job Description:

• Removes completed thermoformed sheets from the thermoforming machines
• Visually inspects each thermoformed sheet. Removes and sets aside all non-conforming products as per inspection control plan and/or visual samples per operator/ Q.A. instructions
• Reports all non-conforming parts to the operator
• Assembles cardboard cartons
• Removes individual parts from the thermoformed sheets and stack them per job specifications
• Loads individual parts per job specifications into cartons and seals each carton
• Maintains a safe, clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Ability to continuously lift, reach, stand and walk throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communications skills
• Good manual dexterity and agility
• 6 months pervious production line experience preferred
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
